AA Eastern North Carolina

Welcome to Alcoholics Anonymous District 60!

Due to the COVID-19 virus many regular AA meetings may be changed or cancelled. Please check with your local meeting facilities to check on the status of buildings which may be affected. Since there are over 100 meetings in District 60 this website may not accurately reflect building or meeting changes and closings. Scroll to the bottom for some online resources.

This website is for informational purposes and should not be used to seek advice. Please attend one of the many meetings to ask questions from other AA members. Kindly note that while Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) does not give advice or offer counseling for alcoholism that some of it’s members may work in related professional fields.

Also, the AANorthCarolina.org (state level Area 51) and AA.org (national level) websites may offer further information. Contact the District 60 Web Admin if you need changes to this website or any of the meetings listed here.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others to achieve sobriety.  The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. We hope that you find this site a useful tool in achieving sobriety and living a happy and purposeful life as many of us have done in Eastern North Carolina.

District 60 is located in the Eastern region of Area 51 (North Carolina) and includes the counties of Beaufort, Craven, Lenoir, Pamlico, Pitt and Wayne.  There are 25+ registered groups and over 100 meetings within District 60 – Groups and their address are located in the Meetings section of this site. Hope to see you soon!
